With our partner BiWiser, we provide Business Intelligence tailored for each client regarding their financial statements and KPIs. Our Business Intelligence software works directly with the ERP and PMS improving the information management by reducing data manipulation.
Because a hotel or restaurant can always do better, we provide service quality control. Commonly called Mystery Shopper, we send someone to check the service of the property by pretending to be a regular guest. After their visit, they prepare a report with their experience. It’s the perfect tool to reassure that your employees correctly apply your standards and service culture.
We offer technical training in Rooms Division and Food & Beverages as well as in service concept, guest handling or complaint management. Technical training sessions such as Check-In procedure or Breakfast service are divided in two: a theoretical part followed by practical exercises to assess the staff´s assimilation. Food safety trainings are given in collaboration with our partner HACCP Chile.
The operational strategy is directly linked to the value proposal of the company. This is why we work on creating or updating your standards, procedures and organization chart in order to improve the efficiency and profitability levels, as well as providing your staff with the suitable tools. The implementation stage and change management are key, therefore we emphasize their importance and support you during this phase.
