With our partner BiWiser, we provide Business Intelligence tailored for each client regarding their financial statements and KPIs. Our Business Intelligence software works directly with the ERP and PMS improving the information management by reducing data manipulation.

    Because a hotel or restaurant can always do better, we provide service quality control. Commonly called Mystery Shopper, we send someone to check the service of the property by pretending to be a regular guest. After their visit, they prepare a report with their experience. It’s the perfect tool to reassure that your employees correctly apply your standards and service culture.

    We offer technical training in Rooms Division and Food & Beverages as well as in service concept, guest handling or complaint management. Technical training sessions such as Check-In procedure or Breakfast service are divided in two: a theoretical part followed by practical exercises to assess the staff´s assimilation. Food safety trainings are given in collaboration with our partner HACCP Chile.

Yoga Iyengar Teacher

Bachelor in Business Administration from Universidad de Chile, Master in Finances from Universidad de Chile and Master in Hospitality Management from Les Roches – Gruyere, Switzerland. He started working in the hospitality industry in 2007. In 2013, he came back to Chile to open Hospitality Services in order to develop hospitality of superior quality. Since then, he´s been working with prestigious hotels as well as on his own projects.

Bachelor in translation (French, English, Spanish, German) from Institut Catholique de Paris and MBA in Hospitality Management from Glion, Switzerland. A Rooms Division specialist, she worked in luxurious hotel chains such as Kempinski and Mandarin Oriental in Europe and the Middle East. In January 2014, she moved to Chile to start working at Hospitality Services and supervise the projects linked to the Rooms Division area.

Bachelor in Business Administration from University of Chile. After working more than seven years in cost control in different industries, Paulina joined Hospitality Services in August 2014 as a Project Manager.
